Robert Poeti made the offer 75/25 as he knew the problem and said we had suffered long enough. He wanted to shake hands with our Mayor and go on with this needed project. Our mayor said he had to go back and discuss it with his councilors. He could of shown leadership like other municipalities..

  And this is exactly what we want him to demonstrate now.
